Brad Hall is a universal soldier of the American entertainment industry who deals with acting, writing and directing. He gained popularity thanks to being a part of Saturday Night Live in 1982-1984. He later served as a writer for American Dreamer, Brooklyn Bridge, The Single Guy and Watching Ellie. He was an executive producer of the latter two as well.

Brad made a feature film debut in Troll in 1986. Later, he appeared in Worth Winning, Limit Up, The Guardian, Bye Bye Love, Must Love Dogs plus Love Shack. Moreover, he voiced Grasshopper in A Bug’s Life.

Brad Hall got acquainted with Julia Louis-Dreyfus while both of them were university students and later, they performed together at Saturday Night Life. By the way, Brad and Julia were the only married couple to do that. The sweethearts tied knots on June 25, 1987. In 1992, the spouses welcomed their firstborn Henry. In 1997, their second son Charles drew his first breath. Despite being together for over 30 years, this couple always shows much affection to each other. They also love traveling together. In fact, Julia often shares photos with her beloved husband on her social media, including the ones from their journeys.

Furthermore, Brad and Julia often work together. Thus, Hall directed and wrote some episodes of Watching Ellie and directed one episode of Veep. Moreover, Louis-Dreyfus starred in her spouse’s short movie Picture Paris.

A curious fact: in youth, Brad adored surfing. He even shared that he learnt to surf soon after he made his first steps.
