Garrett Hedlund gained fame thanks to his acting talent. Hailing from Roseau, Minnesota, he was raised by Norwegian/German mother Kristine and Swedish father Robert, alongside older siblings Nathaniel and Amanda. The family lived at a livestock farm before the future star’s parents got divorced and he moved to Arizona with Kristine.

In 2012-2016, Garrett dated Kirsten Dunst and even planned to marry her before their ways parted. In March 2019, he was first spotted with actress Emma Roberts and soon, they confirmed their relationship. In August 2020, the couple announced that they are expecting their first child together, a baby boy.
