Jamie Afifi is an entertainment lawyer who is also famed for being a long-time fiancé of television star Sarah Chalke.
Though he initially wanted to be an architect, Jamie decided to earn a law degree at the University of Toronto. Today, he provides legal services for Ziffren Brittenham’s film and television group and works with many representatives of show business. He worked on the sets of many films, including Wieners, The Men Who Stare at Goats and Rampart.
Additionally, Afifi dedicates much time to charity. He financially supports victims of injustice, offers free legal services for disadvantaged people and is involved with Kawasaki Disease Foundation.
Jamie got romantically involved with Sarah Chalke in 2003 and popped the question in 2006 during their trip to Hawaii. However, they are still not married officially. In 2009, they welcomed son Charlie. And in 2016, the family was blessed with daughter Frances.
A curious fact: though he hails from Canada, Jamie and his family live in Los Angeles.
