Kimora Lee Simmons is rather a versatile personality who manages to be successful in different spheres. At 13, she started to earn money by modeling for Chanel and being Karl Lagerfeld’s muse. She later collaborated with other famed brands, including Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent plus Fendi, and posed for top magazines.
In 1999, Kimora designed female clothes collection Baby Phat in collaboration with Phat Farm and later, she occupied the post of the company’s president till 2010. Since 2014, Kimora has been a spouse of banker Tim Leissner. Their son Wolfe drew his first breath in 2015.
A curious fact: Kimora has a very memorable appearance thanks to her multiracial roots. Her dad Vernon is African American while her mom Joanne keeps Japanese/Korean descent.
