Lauren Kitt is a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur who is famed for being a spouse of music star Nick Carter. She drew her first breath in the family of Robin and Larry Kitt, who divorced when she was a child, and was raised alongside brother Alexander and sister Danny.
Being brought up very strictly, Lauren rebelled at 21 and moved to Japan to live there for three years. Before returning to the US, she also lived in France for some time.
