Sarah Vivan is a radio host who got into the spotlight thanks for being Lil Wayne’s baby mama.
Sarah drew her first breath in Cincinnati in the family of Jamie Ballew and Christina Tran. She was raised alongside sisters Jayde and Elisabeth. The girl aspired to become a stylist and studied fashion at University of Cincinnati. Later, she got a degree in radio and television broadcasting technology at Atlanta Broadcast Institute.
Vivan began her professional path with an internship at Clear Channel Outdoor Global and proceeded with being a programming assistant at iHeartMedia and working for Streetz 94.5 radio. Since 2015, Sarah has been a host for Shade 45 Sirius radio. Throughout her career, she interviewed many famed personalities, including Kevin Hart and Drake. Additionally, she is a director of partnerships at Get Engaged marketing agency.
Sarah Vivan was Lil Wayne’s fan long before their meeting. In 2005, they got acquainted at a club in Cincinnati, where Sarah celebrated her birthday. By chance, the rapper had an after party at the same place. Though their affair was pretty short, it resulted in the birth of their son Dwayne, the first baby boy for a rapper. Despite their separation, Wayne and Vivan are on good terms and do their best to make their son’s childhood happy.
A curious fact: Sarah has an elder daughter named Essence, whose father’s name remains a big mystery. The mother-daughter duo runs an Instagram account about food and travels.
