Silas Rhys is a son fitness star Shaun T. Fitness and his spouse Scott Blokker. He drew his first breath after the couple’s multiple attempts to have children. They passed through 12 pregnancy attempts, 6 egg donors, 5 surrogates and 1 miscarriage when, finally, they found out the happy news on Shaun’s 39th birthday.
The spouses kept their surrogate’s pregnancy secret for 5 months before announcing the news on social media featuring a poem with flash cards. Silas and his twin brother Sander share the same egg donor but their fathers are different. Sander is from Shaun’s sperm while Silas is from Scott’s one.
Today, Silas is a pretty active boy who loves reading with his dad as well as doing fitness. He even helped Shaun to create bonus workouts for his 40th Birthday Challenge.
A curious fact: Shaun shares that he doesn’t coach his sons but sets an example instead.
