Thomas Lee Bass, who is more famed as Tommy Lee, is a music artist. He started to develop his drumming skills by being only 4 years old and formed his first band Suite 19 being a teenager. However, Tommy gained wider recognition after creating Motley Crue band in 1981 and releasing debut album Too Fast for Love the same year. The band proceeded with recording 7 more albums.
In 1999, Lee formed another band titled Methods of Mayhem, which presented the eponymous album that year and one more in 2008. In 2006, he launched another project Rock Star Supernova, which released only the self-titled album. Moreover, Tommy is a solo artist. In 2002, he presented his debut album Never a Dull Moment, followed by two more solo albums.
Additionally, Tommy Lee presented his memoir Tommyland in 2005. He also starred in reality shows Tommy Lee Goes to College and Battleground Earth.
In 1984-1985, Lee was shortly married to Elaine Starchuk. On May 10, 1986, he tied knots with Melrose Place star Heather Locklear, but their marriage was dissolved in 1993.
Tommy got hitched to Pamela Anderson on February 19, 1995, on a beach. The Playboy cover model preferred a white bikini instead of a traditional wedding dress. Prior to the ceremony, they had known each other for only 4 days and their wedding was a surprise for many people, including the bride’s mother. In 1996, Pamela and Tommy welcomed their firstborn, son Brandon. In 1997, their younger son Dylan drew his first breath.
The marriage of two celebrities was rather turbulent and Tommy even spent 6 months in prison for spousal abuse. In 1998, they decided to end their marriage. However, they reportedly lived together again in 2008.
On February 14, 2019, Lee espoused social media star Brittany Furlan.
A curious fact: Tommy has more than 50 tattoos. However, he doesn’t know the exact number as many tattoos have already blended together.
