Andrew Form is famed for his work in movie production. He started his show business path with being an assistant for producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
Today, Form’s most memorable movies include The Unborn, Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, A Quiet Place plus The Purge. Besides, he executive produced The Last Ship and Black Sails television series.
Andrew got acquainted with Jordana Brewster in 2005 while filming The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Initially, they had to date in secret so that no one considered their behavior to be unprofessional.
In 2006, Form popped the question and on May 6, 2007, he espoused his sweetheart at a low-key ceremony in the Bahamas. They became parents of son Julian in 2013. And in 2016, the family was expanded by another boy named Rowan. In 2020, the spouses announced their breakup. Andrew is currently dating Alexandra Daddario.
A curious fact: Form will get $5 million from Brewster in divorce settlement as she retains their marital home.
