Hailing from Allentown, Pennsylvania, she drew her first breath in the family of Albert E. Taylor III, who runs a security company, and his spouse Joan. Her brother Brian is also engaged into the entertainment industry.
In 1989, Taylor made a professional debut in Hey Dude television series and gained popularity in the 1990s thanks to portraying Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie and A Very Brady Sequel films.
