Penelope Diane is a younger daughter of Katie Piper and her spouse Richard Sutton. Being nicknamed Pea by her mom, she got her middle name in honor of her maternal grandmother. At the same time, Penelope was one of the names that Katie considered for her elder daughter Belle.
