Antonio Brown is among the brightest representatives of American football. He appeared at 7 Pro Bowl games and got to 3 All-Pro first teams. Moreover, he remains the sole receiver who has recorded 5 straight 100-catch seasons ever.
However, Antonio’s life wasn’t always so cloudless. He and his brother Desmond were raised by a single mother, Adrianne Moss, after his father Eddie Brown, a football player of Cincinnati Bengals in 1985-1991, left them. Later, Adrianne tied knots with Larry Moss. However, the relationship of Brown and his stepfather was very tense and he had to leave home at 16. After that, the aspiring athlete lived at his friends’ homes. Today, Antonio has warm relationships with his parents and is sure that his rough childhood prepared him for his football career and made him a good father.
Antonio Brown started with playing for Central Michigan University before joining Pittsburgh Steelers in 2010. He reached the Super Bowl final within the debut season along with being the first NFL representative having above 1,000 yards receiving and returning within a year. By 2014, he was already in the list of the leagues’ 100 best players.
In 2019, Brown was sold to Oakland Raiders but left without appearing on the field. Later that year, he joined the New England Patriots but had only one game before becoming a free agent.
Additionally, Antonio competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2016 and The Masked Singer show in 2019. He also made an appearance in Drake’s music video God’s Plan.
Antonio is a father of five. He shares son Antonio with Shameika Brailsford and daughter Antanyiah with Wiltrice Jackson. In March 2020, he proposed to Chelsie Kyriss, a mother of his sons Autonomy, Ali and Apollo. They dated on/off and during their breakup in 2017, the sports star had an affair with model Jenna Frumes.
A curious fact: in 2019, Britney Taylor, a former Brown’s personal trainer, accused him of raping and sexually assaulting her in 2017-2018. He later sued her for defamation.
